He is highly experienced and has completed numerous transactions in the areas of multi-family, retail and office; including lease negotiation, development and investments up to $12 million.

Simek Property Group has completed numerous transactions in the areas of multi family investment and development in excess of $100 million.

Marcus Curtis joined Simek Property Group in 2022. Marcus serves as Vice President and General Manager overseeing all day-to-day activities relating to acquisitions, development and repositioning, management, and disposition of properties within the company portfolio.

Prior to joining Simek Property Group, Marcus served in various roles within the fee-management industry for over 10 years where he was extensively involved in asset management, site management and operations.
